• Anything sweet. The sweeter the better.
  
• Eating, and food, in general, even if it's not sweet. 
  
• The satisfaction he gets when he's beaten, tricked, or otherwise bettered someone else.
  

Dislikes:

• Feeling hungry. 
  
• Being looked down on/disrespected/patronised/disobeyed for whatever reason, but it's usually mostly his fault because he doesn't usually act deservingly of respect. 
  
• Watery environments, as they can make his lightning harder to control and dangerous. 
  
• Being referred to as 'prince' or 'your highness' because firstly, it's slightly embarrassing because he feels like he's not really a prince anymore (having no real storyline to back it up) and second, he can never really tell if someone's saying it sincerely, or just to make fun of him. 
  

Strengths:

• Lightning creation and manipulation, it generally starts out near his hands but potentially can create it anywhere within a 20-meter radius (outside this it's possible but takes more effort, is harder to control precisely, and can be weaker in strength). He can shoot the lightning to distances over 20 meters away, it just has to start out inside the radius if he wants to more control. 
  
• Because his primary skill is making lightning, he's unaffected by electric shocks and sudden flashing bright lights. 
  
• Agile and quick, also dextrous and good at sleight of hand (i.e. can pull out a knife and stab you before you can even notice)
  
• I made him a literal genius (because OBVIOUSLY. That's the thing you do when you're thirteen and creating characters, right?) So... yes, he's very, very smart. 
  

Weaknesses:

• He's a tiny little elf kid so he's low on physical strength, though he's sturdy enough to take a few hits he can't deal much physical damage without the aid of some kind of weapon. 
  
• Water has the tendency to screw up his lightning accuracy, as in it will dissipate it and spread really quickly, so it's dangerous (not to him, but to any allies) for him to use lightning if it's raining or they're standing in a lake, or something.
  

Fighting Style: Highly dependent on his lightning summoning, which can be used both close and long range since he doesn't have to worry about electrocuting himself. He is better at long range in general, although he is agile and good at dodging during close range since he's not physically strong so can't deal much damage without a weapon.
Weapons and belongings:

• The rings on his bracers, his earrings and his crown are made out of some indeterminate fantasy metal capable of storing a large charge... once charged, he can use them like tasers, or throw them at people, or use them to absorb electric shocks being thrown at him. 
  
• His pockets are usually filled with various random snacks so he doesn't go hungry. 
  
• He also carries some concealed knives made out of the same material, so he can stab you... with lightning. 
  

Other skills:

• He looks like a cute little kid. And if he doesn't open his mouth and say something rude, he might appear cute and innocent, which could throw a few people off long enough for him to gain an advantage, you know.
  
• He really likes food, and accordingly he can eat a lot in relation to his size.
